Is there any limit for the photos I can submit?

There is no limit to the photos you submit.

When will I receive my ready order?

Usually you will receive full instructions with up to 50 photos and examples within 2 days after payment is received. The process of editing multiple photos can take up to 3-5 days. One color correction for 100-200 photos takes 72 hours.

What is the shortest delivery time?

Either 24 hours with additional order cost or 36 hours with 50% added to the final price of the order (up to 20 photos). The shortest delivery time for bulk orders is 48 hours, 75% of the order cost and 72 hours, + 50% of the initial cost. You can find photo editing prices on our site.

Can I send in any type of pics to be worked on?

We work with all file types but it is better, to send us RAW files.

How do I get started with Photodotedit?

First of all, you need to register your studio account, contact us page and upload file with Instructions.

Once you have logged in to your new account page. So you can add a credit card to keep the file current. To do so, navigate to the right side of your account page. Under the Credit card field, you can click Add your billing information.

What is involved with color correction?

Our color correction service makes sure. That your images are balanced for color, exposure and tonality. Visit the Color Correction Services page for some before and after looks.

We personally only adjust images within the parent panel. We are editing image-to-image manually within this panel. But are not limited to just these settings. If you want to include adjustment settings outside this panel. So we’re happy to apply these globally before we start editing.

Adjustments made outside of the original panel are very subjective. Will create discrepancies in job-to-job editing. When editing, we aim to maintain a consistent skin tone throughout the event.

How long will it take for my upload?

Each transfer time varies according to the upload speed of your Internet Service Provider. If you don’t know it already. So please visit speedtest.net to determine your upload speed. If your speed is less than 2mbps. So we strongly suggest sending the images to a portable hard drive.

What is the standard turn around time?

In general, you can expect That your order will be returned in 5 business days or less. If you need a quick turn around. So you can add rush to your order.

Choose Same Day Rush for 1 Business Day Turnaround, Next Day Rush for 2 Business Day Turnaround and 3 Day Rush for 3 Business Day Turnaround.

Keep in mind, orders are placed in the production queue every day at 7 AM CST/CDT. All work-related files must be received at this time for orders to go into production. Orders/files received after 7 AM cutoff will be placed in the production queue on the next business day.

Is any trial of no charge offered?

We offer it, please send us picture at [email protected] or use WeTransfer/DropBox or any other cloud file storage.

Are my orders secure?

Definitely yes! No worries about using our photo post processing service when outsourcing photography editing.

We take care of the confidentiality of our customers’ orders. We will never use your pictures for any other project.

Can I work with an editor?

We provide 2-3 editors to each client. If an editor is out. Even so, you will be well taken care of by someone familiar with your style and workflow.

How do I pay?

We will send the bill as soon as we get the order. Weekly-monthly payment system can be implemented. We have many return clients. Who like to pay us monthly. It is also possible to pay via PayPal and credit card.

Do You Provide Free Revisions?

If we determine that our editors have not followed your explicit instructions. Then we will happily review your work for free. To see how the exchange went and whether the requests were clear. We’ll return to your original conversation. We will work until you are satisfied.

However, if the revision request exceeds the original scope of work. Then we’ll quote you for the additional work you need. We’ll prioritize it and make sure we get back to you as soon as we’ve completed all your requested revisions.
